SFO Capital Partners expands its US multifamily portfolio with 384-unit acquisition in Houston, Texas

London, May 13th, 2025 – SFO Capital Partners has announced the acquisition of Rosemary, a 384-unit garden-style apartment community located in The Woodlands, one of Houston’s most affluent and economically vibrant suburbs. The transaction strengthens the firm’s footprint in the U.S. multifamily housing sector and marks its 24th investment in the U.S.

Originally constructed in 2005 and renovated in 2019, Rosemary is currently 95% leased. The property is situated in a thriving employment hub that includes more than 300 companies, over 104,000 employees, and 26 million square feet of office space. The area also hosts the second-largest medical district in the U.S. and is home to major employers such as MD Anderson, ExxonMobil, and Chevron Phillips.
